As a Community Development Manager you:
Meet with decision makers at local restaurants, retailers and service providers to obtain a reward for the program which is at no cost to the business
Meet with leaders of charitable organizations, schools, athletic groups and churches to introduce the program with the goal of securing them as a benefiting partner
Make Sales Presentations when needed
Meet with potential Advertisers to review Advertising opportunities
Perform general Administrative duties, i.e. : reporting, data entry, etc.

Experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, communication, volunteerism or management are helpful, but not required. Applicants must understand that with building any new business from the ground up there may be no income the first couple of months while preparing the program for participating charities to begin selling.
