Job Description:
Coordinates construction administrative documents, contracts, pay applications and communication as well as a liaison to project management concerning bids, subcontracting, progress and delays. Responsible for subcontracts, change orders and material PO's. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures of general contracting. Works under immediate supervision. Reports to a project manager.
