Job Description:
Our part and full-time Fitness Specialists are responsible for conducting an accurate initial assessment, educating their clients about their current health-fitness status, establishing realistic fitness goals and implementing a safe and effective program for each individual. Member service, floor coverage, program promotion, continuing education, reliability, and professionalism are also requirements of the trainer/specialist. The candidates for this position may develop into Assistant Athletic Directors, Membership Assistants, Group Fitness Instructors/Coordinators, and more!
Shifts available include M-F 1pm-9:30pm and Sat/Sun 8am-6pm.
Job Requirements:
PT certified with NASM, NSCA, ACE or ACSM.
Current CPR/AED certification. A Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology or related field with at least one year of training experience is preferred. Must be professional, outgoing, energetic and self-motivated.
Team player, but able to work with minimal supervision
