Job Description:
Our part and full-time Personal Trainers are responsible for conducting an accurate initial assessment, educating their clients about their current health-fitness status, establishing realistic fitness goals and implementing a safe and effective program for each individual. Member service, floor coverage, program promotion, continuing education, reliability, and professionalism are also requirements of the trainer. The candidates for this position may develop into Assistant Athletic Directors, Membership Assistants, Group Fitness Instructors/Coordinators, and more!
Job Requirements:
PT certified with NASM, NSCA, ACE or ACSM.
Current CPR/AED certification. A Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology or related field with at least two years of training experience is preferred. Must be professional, outgoing, energetic and self-motivated.
Team player, but able to work with minimal supervision
