Job Description:

The Territory Manager is responsible for organizing and completing beverage cooler resets and maintaining POP, pricing and Plan-o-gram integrity in various retail outlets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate is self motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed. This person should also have strong communication skills, the ability to hire and manage 1 to 3 contract associates, possess excellent organizational skills, have the ability to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

1. Time Management: must have the ability to manage time and prioritize. Must follow special instructions and service schedules.

2. Customer Relations: must have the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally with all customers. Must be prepared to field questions and proactively develop plans of action in regards to resolving issues.

3. Administration/Reporting: will complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc. on a scheduled basis.

4. Safety: must have the ability to perform their job safely by demonstrating full awareness of his/her surroundings. Will utilize proper safety techniques and equipment use when necessary. Will be proactive in alerting Management of any unsafe act or condition to prevent injuries.

5. Use of Tools: must be handy with basic tools and have the ability to assemble by following instructions

Job Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience with Plan-o-grams required.

2. Beverage reset/merchandising experience preferred.

3. Must have reliable transportation, good driving record, valid driver�s license, and proof of insurance.

4. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

5. Must have computer access with e-mail address

6. High School diploma or equivalent needed
