Job Description:
Experienced candidate will be responsible for the technical maintenance and configuration of all new and existing commercial baking machinery for growing West Florida commercial bakery.

Candidate will be responsible for all redesign processes and feasibility studies. Candidate will supervise technical personnel to improve efficiency, reduce energy consumption and improve product quality.

Candidate will have a working knowledge of Italian equipment and an ability to communicate with manufacturing personnel in Italy.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or higher in electrical engineering
• Five years supervisory experience
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering design and materials
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training in an international environment
