Job Description:
Duties will include installation of monitoring wells, litho logic descriptions, elevation surveying, soil and groundwater sampling, site walkovers, and soil characterization, drilling oversight, etc. Working knowledge of pilot test procedures a plus. This position requires both field and office work. Must be proficient with MS work and MS Excel to prepare technical reports spreadsheet data entry. Technical writing responsibilities require excellent written communication skills and interaction with staff requires strong interpersonal communication skills. It is essential to this position that the candidate have a proven track record to multi-task the above job responsibilities to support the project managers. Some overnight travel required.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology, Engineering or Hydrogeology required with 2 to 4 years of environmental consulting experience . Ability to write Phase I ESA with minimal supervision. Candidate should have broad background with New England geology and subsurface conditions. Candidate should demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: monitoring well installation, site surveying, litho logic descriptions, groundwater and soil sample collection, and UST removal supervisor experience. Candidate must be a self-starter and self-motivated individual. Position requires a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a team environment and also works proficiently unsupervised.
