Job Description:
This position will serve as a scientist or engineer working with ATC environmental services groups in Indianapolis, IN. The position will support project managers by completing field tasks including, but not limited to, groundwater and surface water sampling; installing monitoring well; minor surveying; remediation system operation and maintenance; hydrogeologic pilot studies; soil excavation oversight, etc. The position will be involved in UST, LUST, ELTF, VRP and RISC projects.
Job Requirements:
B.S. or B.S. in Geology, Engineering or Environmental Science; 1-3 years of environmental experience including Phase I Site Assessments; USTZ removals; subsurface investigations; and UST, LUST, ELTF, VRP and RISC investigation. This is an entry level position for someone with the relevant educational background.
40 HR HAZWOPER training/8 HR refresher preferred
