Job Description:
Assist the senior accountant with analyzing and forecasting sales/revenue data for reporting and tracking purposes using Quickbooks and our CRM, Salesforce
Updating client records in Salesforce

Job Requirements:
We seek a highly detailed, organized and accurate individual to assist in all areas of accounting including:

Automated credit card billing and reconciliation
Collections
Accounts payable

We Require the ability to:

Adeptly handle all A/R and A/P functions in QuickBooks accounting software.
(2 years of QuickBooks experience required)

Communicate effectively and professionally with clients both verbally and in writing.
Problem solve, analyze and make sound decisions supported by appropriate fact and data gathering.

Possess independent working skills and sound judgment.

Must be proficient w/QuickBooks Pro, Excel, and Windows Environments. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
*** Experience communicating effectively and professionally with clients a must.

Four year degree in either Accounting or Business with an Accounting minor mandatory.

Solid Excel skills.
