- Reporting to SVP (SBU head)
- Managing a limited number of clients
- Overall responsibility for delivering projects to the clients
- Managing day-to-day interactions with the clients
- Developing deep relationships with individual client team members
- Responsible for growing business among the current set of clients
- Target business - $1 Million

Job Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in MR
- Should have demonstrated significantly above average performance in their previous career
- Particular focus on ability to a) developing deep client relationships (very critical) b) developing impactful presentations (verbal skills as well as ability to develop good storyline) c) converting MR speak into business speak
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work with India team
- Deep expertise in a particular vertical
- Experience with a variety of research techniques
- Consulting/Client side experience a big plus
- Part of compensation tied to quality of client relationships developed, additional business from the client
- Should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Intelligent, fast learner and self-motivated
- Location is flexible
