Our client develops, owns, and manages both residential and commercial properties, and builds high-quality, unique developments with superior design. They have a portfolio of over 5,000 residential units and commercial properties, including everything from office buildings to retail shopping centers to uniquely designed hotels in New York and China. They are currently opening a new consulting entity and have a great ground-floor opportunity for the right candidate.

Chief Executive Officer
The qualified candidate will have a civil background, plus previous experience in commercial nuclear-plant development. The candidate must also possess new-business experience and a strong marketing and consulting background. The candidate will not be working on the engineering side, but will be using their extensive knowledge to design and implement strategies. The candidate must be a self-starter, have incredible attention to detail, and be a responsive and loyal leader. The successful candidate will have both domestic and international travel requirements.

This position comes with bonus potential and the opportunity for future equity.
