Positions available: Account Executive/Business Development Manager, Recruiter/sales

Commercial Lending Capital is currently seeking sales and mortgage professionals for our Riverside CA. office.

The Account Executive/BDM position is responsible for creating relationships with brokers from our nationwide database, and submitting commercial loans from said brokers.

The Recruiter/sales position is responsible for the marketing of our training programs to the same brokers.

Job Requirements:
Requirements for either position:

Mortgage or strong sales background, excellent phone and computer skills, candidates must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing industry. All positions are located in-house which require a high attendance rate to be successful. Compensation is designed so there is no cap as to your earning potential. CLC is a growing company with room for advancement.

Commercial Lending Capital will provide the tools/leads and the training over a 2-3 day period which will teach you how to be a success in the commercial lending industry.
