Job Description:
Positions #2 & #3 - Spa Consultant: We are looking to expand our talented team of Spa Consultants. As a Spa Consultant you will assist in marketing the spa to the community, participate in Spa and community promotional events, greet Spa guests and assist them in selecting the best membership to meet their goals, plus recommend products and service regimes to help them look and feel their best. You will also have the opportunity to earn sales commissions and bonuses based on your membership and retail product sales results. We provide training, certifications and support to assist in your success. Compensation includes base pay, performance based commissions and bonuses, a free spa membership and product discounts.
Job Requirements:
Requirements: Our ideal candidates have previous sales experience, interest in helping others look and feel their very best, dedication to premier customer service and a desire to excel. SmartTan certified is a plus but not required as we will be willing to put the right person through an extensive training & certification course.
