Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
， As the sourcing systems expert, partner with Information Services for issues, improvements and support.
， Develop close working relationships and proactive communications with manufacturing material managers, planners and commodity managers to insure all systems and buying needs are fully met.
， Lead processes and systems training as well as documentation and reporting efforts.
， Establish customer service standards and lead buying group to deliver on those standards.
， Recommend and develop supply partnerships or alliances which aid in meeting total delivered cost, quality and service objectives while building a competitive advantage.
Requirements
， Bachelor¨s degree . Masters degree a plus.
， CPM, CSPM, CPIM, APICS or other professional certification preferred.
， Proven research ability and analytical skills.
， Demonstrated leadership skills including interpersonal relationship building, negotiation, team facilitation, coaching and mentoring, communications, and performance management.
