Leading Manufacturer with over 30 years of history in Kansas City is looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee our Welding and Fabrication department.

Job Duties:

Oversee day to day operations in the Welding and Fabrication department.
Responsible for hiring, training, motivation and discipline for department members.
Meet production goals and completes projects on time and on budget.
Troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
Makes recommendations and justifications for equipment expenditures.

Requirements:

Must be proficient in Welding and Fabrication techniques with strong experience working with Sheet Metal and Stainless Steel.
Adept at reading, interpreting and understanding schematics and drawings.
Proven leader with strong supervisory skills.
Familiar with Outlook, Word and Excel.
