Job Description:
Assist General Manager with office and clerical work. Handle guest request and coordinate with other team members operational information. Process payments and billing. Assist with operational needs as it pertains to daily office routine.
Position in located in Belize City, Belize and reports to property General Managers and Houston, Texas corporate offices.

Job Requirements:
* Previous administrative assistant duties that include but not limited to filing, answering phones, assisting customers with requests, inventory control, administrative support to General Managers, accounts payable, accounts receivable. Knowledgeable of Quick books and Microsoft Office products.
* Professional appearance
* Friendly and outgoing personality
* Must be detailed orientated
* Must have valid passport
