Job Description:
My client is an international financial services software company and they are located in midtown NYC.

They are seeking a Senior Accountant. In this newly created "hands on" role, the Sr. Accountant will be supervising a staff of two and will be reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping/General Accounting
- International tax issues/tax preparation
- Handling all Audit issues
- Budgets and accounting system conversions
- Forecasting and financial analysis
- Treasury management
- Payroll

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
-Master's degree and has 6-10 years of experience in accounting and finance with one or two companies, not more.

Experience must include general accounting, tax, audit, budgets and accounting system conversions; forecasting and financial analysis; treasury management.

Software company experience strongly preferred. International company experience strongly preferred.

Must have excellent analytical, reporting and Excel skills.

Experience working with Quickbooks strongly desired.
