Job Description:
Responsibilities
Generate mortgage applications for CCO
Mortgage. Meet sales goals and
objectives. Call on existing and
potential customers in order to retain
existing accounts, as well as develop
new accounts. Maximize sales
opportunities from telemarketing leads
through outbound contact with potential
customers. Interview applicants to
develop information regarding their
product needs and determine appropriate
product, terms, and pricing.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
4+ years of residential mortgage sales
experience.
Minimum $12MM in annual closed loan
volume.
Excellent written skills.
Excellent organizational and
communication skills required.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Bachelor degree preferred.
