Job Description:
Director, International Tax
Background
This individual will based in Framingham MA ., and will report to the CFO. This individual will have primary responsibility for the Company’s international tax matters, lead and implement international tax policy and initiatives, and ensure timely compliance with applicable tax laws.
Responsibilities
The individual will work with the corporate tax team and worldwide business associates to identify, analyze and implement programs or transactions to reduce the Company’s taxes, minimize risk, and maintain a consistent global tax strategy. Specific responsibilities will include monitoring worldwide transfer pricing policies and documentation, managing international tax compliance and tax financial accounting, reviewing optimal legal structures, and actively participating in merger and acquisition and expansion opportunities. Fin 48 and FRIS experience a huge plus
