Job Description:
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for supervising the reconciliation and maintenance of client financial accounts. This includes auditing of bank reconciliations, monthly account review, as well as contact with internal personnel concerning corporate compliance.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the client bank account reconciliations.
2. Responsible for the maintenance of client accounting practices and procedures.
3. Responsible for assisting in gathering financial data for external reporting.
4. Other duties as assigned.
5. Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and clients we serve.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred
Good communication skills
Good personal computer skills
