Job Description:
Travel to and supervise all job sites and their Project Coordinators
Supervise installations
Assist Project Coordinators with Schedule all jobs for installation – oversee all installation schedules
Visit jobsites during and after the installation to confirm quality control
Collect all paperwork from Project Coordinators and insure accuracy and thoroughness
Attend all high level meetings as the Managerial liaison when necessary
Attend audit verifications when they are needed
Keep updated on each state and city codes, procedures and rules
Document and report each job sites progress
Our candidate should be a self starter and a leader who is results oriented, trustworthy, and people oriented
Job Requirements:
Sales experience is a plus
Travel to all locations including corporate office in Columbus, OH as required
7-10 years proven prior experience and strong working knowledge in Heating and Air Conditioning with heavy emphasis on multi/single family residential
Knowledge of Microsoft office applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word helpful
Written and verbal skills required
