Job Description:
·Supervise all installation crews
·Supervise installations – make sure equipment and materials are pulled, and assign the crew for each job
·Schedule all jobs for installation – maintain and update the installation schedule
·Visit each jobsite during and after the installation to confirm quality control
·Oversee the ordering and stocking of all parts for installations, service trucks, and warehouse
·Collect all paperwork from installers and insure accuracy and thoroughness
·Attend final inspections by the City when necessary
·Attend audit verifications when they are needed
·Keep updated on City procedures and rules
·Coordinate the repairs and inspections of all trucks and service vehicles, and document and report all damages
·Document and report all employee accidents and vehicle accidents
·Our candidate should be a self starter and a leader who is results oriented, trustworthy, and people oriented.
Job Requirements:
·Sales experience is a plus
·MUST have Multi/Single family residential supervision experience
·5-7 years proven prior experience and strong working knowledge in Heating and Air Conditioning or residential mechanical services to include design, fabrication, maintenance and installation
·Knowledge of Microsoft office applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word helpful
·Written and verbal skills a strong plus
