Responsibilities
1. Assists the Chief Financial Officer in directing and coordinating the financial administration of the company and affiliates in accordance with approved policies and procedures and sound business practices.
2. Evaluate alternatives to Finance Department and Company operations and makes recommendations to the Chief Financial Officer concerning ways of reducing operating costs, increasing revenues, and enhancing the efficiency of operations.
3. Reviews and analyzes the financial statements of the Company and affiliates to identify variances and ensure that they are prepared accurately and in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
4. Oversees the budget/planning functions of the Company and affiliates. Reviews and analyzes reports and makes recommendations to the Chief Financial Officer based on results.
5. Develops and maintains useful management information reports (MIR's) that enable management decision-making.
6. Establishes written goals, evaluates and updates them on a periodic basis and discusses progress with the Chief Financial Officer to accomplish personal and overall Finance and Corporate goals.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Health Care experience in Accounting. Demonstrates proven leadership and management skills.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Language Skills
Fluent in English and Spanish.
