Job Description:
Working independently and being responsible for all financial reporting for the company and reporting to the V.P. Finance.

· Prepares financial statements, cash flow reports, annual budgets, and monthly/quarterly reports accurately and on a timely basis for the company
· Prepares annual year-end audit working papers.
· Prepares monthly bank reconciliation’s, GST returns, and other accounts; reconciles accounts receivable/payable sub-ledgers.
· Prepares monthly cash flow projections for funding and/or cash distributions.
· Prepares payroll for the company using ADP – 50 People
· Liases with other departments.
· Undertakes ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
· Minimum 4 to 6 years accounting experience.
· CGA/CMA designation or a finalist
· Experience in preparing financial statements and working papers.
· Strong knowledge of computer skills specifically Excel and Quick Books
