Job Description:
1) Accountable for Our client’s financial plans and policies, accounting practices, and maintenance of financial records
2) Monitor sales, business development and marketing activities
3) Assist in the raising of funds through both equity and debt placements
4) Proactively communicate with Board of Directors, create Board and investor level presentations
5) Liaise with venture firms, partners and customers
6) Work closely, and provide financial guidance to an interactive team of executives
7) Manage Our client’s IT and operational organization
8) Day to day financial and operational accountability though the management of a Controller and Director of Operations.
9) Preference will be given to CFO’s who have previously worked with Techonology (High Tech) Companies.
