Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and indirectly to the Senior Vice President, this position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Operation Performance - Personal and Business Financial Services Finance team. Key responsibilities include the leadership and direction of the day-to-day operational performance monitoring functions, design and production of operational reports and systems, planning and budgetary control, cost control and revenue management, sales effectiveness, and monitoring and reporting on performance and targets attainment.

Job Requirements:
1. A professional accounting designation (CA, with a minimum 10 years of relevant experience).

4. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader in matters relating to finance, accounting, and people leadership.
