Job Description:
Assist in the preparation of all U.S. tax filings, including federal and state income tax returns, property tax returns and sales and use tax returns, and local business license returns.

Assist in quarterly and annual income tax accrual and footnote disclosure supporting SEC filings.

Assist in regulatory tax audits.

Maintain corporate tax calendar.

Perform research on tax issues as required.

Assist in due diligence on tax issues regarding potential acquisitions.

Assist in maintenance of SOX related documentation.

Job Requirements:
BS degree (Accounting, Finance or Economics); CPA or MS in Taxation a plus

Possess 3- 5 years corporate tax experience, in the tax department of either a publicly held company or an accounting firm; experience with tax compliance for a U.S. headquartered multinational company a plus

Experience with preparation of the corporate income tax provision for a publicly held company with revenues in excess of $500 million

Experience with regulatory tax audits

Experience preparing income, property, franchise, sales and use tax returns

Knowledge of FAS 123R

Experience with R&E credit a plus

Experience with Excel; Oracle a plus
