Our client, a growing commercial / industrial construction company has an exciting career opportunity available for an experienced BRANCH MANAGER to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

* A hands-on position, the Branch Manager will implement strategic business plans, operation and sales/marketing policies and procedures that are consistent with the corporate mission and goals, and that maximize operating results.
* Responsible for the operational management of the offices
* Analyzes the branch's financial and operational performance and monitors expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgetary constraints
* Assesses area potential and develops annual branch business plans to ensure development of current business and the addition of new business.
* Strong background in project management, as well as people and client management
