Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Department Manager. Candidate must have strong motivational, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Also must have the ability to handle several complex tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a timely manner.

Ideal candidate will maintain strong product knowledge and analytical ability. Will be responsible for the day-to-day efficient operations of the sales team. The best candidate will ensure the sales and customer service teams provide outstanding service to our clients, while building strong customer relationships. Must be able to create an environment conducive to sales expansions and seek out new business opportunities. Candidate will need to immediately resolve any sales operational problems or issues. Will produce required reports on schedule and direct, lead, train and inspire the sales team to reach weekly/monthly goals.
Requirements:
BS degree in business or equivalent work experience is required. Candidate should have minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience leading and directing a sales team, preferably in the garment industry. Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality of work. Intermediate computer skills are required.
