Job Description: This position is responsible for overall management of coaching and development of business services specialists to ensure the quality of and collaborative working relationships with staff and franchisees are being delivered and developed. This position is the first point of contact for franchisees and is responsible for owning the relationship with franchisees. 1. Provides business consulting support to franchisees and maintains positive relationships in assigned markets to firmly establish a position of leadership and influence within the area of responsibility through assimilating new franchisees, supporting existing franchisees, expanding market presence through existing growth and more stores opened, as well as managing the at-risk process for struggling franchisees and stores. 2. Manages the use of appropriate tools and resources to provide service and support that will ensure operational compliance and continued growth. 3. Manages the coaching and development process for managers to ensure they are receiving specific feedback about performance; opportunities for improvement; provides tools and resources to support continued growth. 4. Manages the hiring, development and direction provided to business service specialists in the area of responsibility. 5. Manages assigned market budgets throughout the year to ensure goals are met.

Knowledge and support of the Great Clips technical and operating systems; ability to explain the rationale and foundation for the system. Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. 2. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required. 3. Knowledge of and skill in using application software including Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet functionality. 4. Knowledge of retail operations, including real estate, construction, marketing, training and operations. 5. Skill of helping individuals understand problems, goals and various courses of action. 6. Ability to influence franchisees and understand the franchisee's perspective. 7. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is required.
