Job Description:
1) Oversee the Accounts Payable Department’s processing of expenses and payments
2) Maintain department procedures
3) Process ledger posting schedules
4) Prepare accounts payable register and related reports, review to ensure accuracy
5) Perform other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:
1) 5 years of strong accounts payable experience in a public company and/or property management industry
2) Supervisory experience (preferred)
3) Strong PC skills
4) Knowledge of French a plus
5) Ablility to work in a fast-paced environment
6) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7) Ability to work under tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritize
8) Superb communication skills – both oral and written
