Job Description:
1) Use proper accounting concepts and company policies to resolve accounting classifications
2) Maintain financial security by following accounting controls
4) Handle invoice coding
5) Verify transactions
6) Schedule disbursements
7) Post monthly transactions
8) Resolve disputes
9) Supervise A/P clerks and supervisors
10) Perform other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:
1) 5 years of strong accounts payable experience in a public company and/or property management industry
2) Accounts payable, cash management, control management, procurement experience
3) Supervisory experience preferred
4) Strong PC skills
5) Knowledge of French a plus
6) Ablility to work in a fast-paced environment
7) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8) Ability to work under tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritize
9) Superb communication skills – both oral and written
