Job Description:
1) Handle all aspects of financial reporting and management of a portfolio of 10,000+ residential suites
2) Manage annual operating budgets and monthly analysis of actual vs. budget variances
3) Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and supporting schedules
4) Conduct financial review of revenues, including rent rolls, accounts receivable and bad debt
5) Manage financial aspect of tenant legislation in respective province(s)
6) Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and Bill 198 requirements
7) Conduct financial due diligence for acquisitions, including lease audits, contract review, and financial modelling
8) Liaise with external auditors on a quarterly basis
9) Co-ordinate closing of acquisitions, including preparation of statement of adjustments and set up of property on computer system
10) Manage financial aspects of major projects or contracts, as needed
11) Liaise with Operation Managers and Associate VP, Operations for all operating issues
12) Assist with design of process flows and requirements for IT system enhancements
13) Manage a team of two Accounting Managers and six to eight Accountants
14) Liaise with external parties for all aspects of financial and operating issues related to the portfolio

Job Requirements:
1) CA, CMA, CGA
2) Minimum 5 years related work experience
3) Excellent communication skills
4) Superb computer skills � Excel, Lotus Notes, etc.
5) Excellent leadership, organizational and project management skills
