Job Description:
1) Make financial reports and disclosures for three subsidiaries (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
2) Ensure that the financial statements of the subsidiaries are in compliance with regulatory requirements
3) Handle annual budget process for the bank and all subsidiaries
4) Manage supervision and development of department staff
5) Handle the budget and financial reporting software
6) Review systems/processes to see if efficiency improvements can be made
7) Act as the Vice President and Chief Accountant in their absence
8) Assist with the co-ordination and review of analysis of financial information for the presentations to the Board and senior management
9) Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
1) Experience of working in a formal accounting designation (financial institution a plus)
2) Experience in working in a mid- to large-sized service-oriented organization (regulatory and/or public environment preferred)
3) Experience in preparing internal and external financial statements along with related analysis and commentary
4) Experience in budgeting and financial analyses
5) Superior working knowledge of Excel along with knowledge of Word, Access and PowerPoint a plus
6) Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
7) Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
8) Highly energetic team-oriented individual with a positive attitude
9) Ability to motivate others and foster a productive team atmosphere
10) Superb analytical, organizational, and communication skills
