Job Description:
1) Identify and keep records of company-owned or leased equipment, buildings, and other property, including description, value, location, and other information of each item
2) Conduct periodic inventories to keep records current and ensure that equipment is properly maintained
3) Distribute cost of maintenance to proper accounts
4) Examine records to determine that acquisition, sale, retirement, and other entries have been made
5) Prepare monthly statements of appreciated and depreciated values
6) Summarize statements on annual basis for income tax purposes
7) Prepare statements for amortization of buildings and equipment
8) Develop and recommend property accounting methods to provide effective controls

Job Requirements:
1) 3 years of property management experience
2) Experience in working towards CGA, CPA, CMA, and so on
3) Good knowledge of JDE
4) Experience in handling property management and full cycle accounting
5) Ability to take over a portfolio of 12 smaller properties
