Job Description:
1) Maintain functional relations with external clients, management, internal customers and administrative personnel
2) Plan engagements and prepare budgets
3) Prepare work programs and research certain technical issues
4) Prepare financial statements and management letters
5) Report progress of engagements to the Manager
6) Provide on-the-job training to staff and junior accountants
7) Review corporate and personal tax returns
8) Prepare specialized/complex corporate and personal tax returns
9) Conduct tax research
10) Prepare memorandums to summarize findings
11) Ensure all employees adhere to corporate standards
12) Perform other duties as assigned
13) Share with all employees’ accountability for adherence to corporate standards

Job Requirements:
1) Degree (4 year) in Accounting
2) CA certification or designation in progress
3) 3+ years of public accounting experience
4) Proficient in computers (MS Outlook, Word and Excel)
5) Excellent leadership skills
6) Superb interpersonal and communication skills
7) Ability to assume responsibility for supervision of the daily engagements and client contacts’ fieldwork
8) Ability to coach and mentor
9) Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
