Job Description:
1) Perform annual audit of the operations
2) Assist in financial reporting, budgeting and auditing for the holding company
3) Support the annual audit for the related broker-dealer
4) Design and implement a system for tracking capital investments, capital calls and related issues in the company
5) Track and record valuation of portfolio companies for reporting
6) Serve as a resource for updates on tax issues surrounding structure, investment strategies and reporting considerations
7) Administer capital calls
8) Manage the treasury function
9) Compile quarterly operational data for inclusion in the quarterly report to limited partners and the GP
10) Generate year-end financials for financial reporting purposes for the holding company and serve as primary contact during audit process
11) Generate quarterly forecasts for both the company and the holding company

Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
2) CPA designation
3) 6 – 10 years of experience
4) Experience in working for the Big 4 along with experience in a managerial role
5) Proven track record in auditing or conducting accounting for private equity fund
6) Expertise in accounting software (Peachtree)
7) In-depth knowledge of GAAP accounting
8) Ability to design, maintain and produce tracking systems for financial reporting
9) Ability to work in a dynamic team setting
10) Ambitious and energetic with strong attention to detail
11) Ability to think strategically while operating on a tactical level
12) Ability to work in an entrepreneurial setting, which entails concurrently working on high-level issues (e.g. tax strategies) and performing other tasks (e.g. posting expenses)
13) Ability to manage the annual audit process
