MANAGER’S REQUEST:
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
looking for a Sr. Remedy Developer with at least 5 years experience as a Sr. Developer/administrator. This is an immediate need with our direct client in Reston, VA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installing and configuring Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB modules for high availability and throughput.
- Design, develop and test customizations to one or more of Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB work flows for Remedy ITSM 7.x .
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in working with Remedy 7.x in a Sun Unix environment
- A thorough understanding of Remedy 7.x application database management with Oracle
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Flexible and team player
- Available for weekend and/or late night work as needed
