The purpose of this position to provide strategic direction, leadership, and execution of profitable programs throughout the Middle East for our client and its subsidiaries.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Successful "start up" of our client's Kuwait facility
• Profitable execution of existing upgrade programs to fleet of Heavy Ground Wheeled Military Vehicles.
• Incremental growth of client's business in the region
• Client access to regional key decision makers
• High Customer Satisfaction rating for work performed or serviced by the Kuwait Facility
• High Employee Morale
Job Requirements:
DESIRED SKILLS:
• Bachelors Degree in a technical field and an MBA are preferred
• Certified DAWIA Acquisition Professional is desired
• A Minimum of 10+ years experience in Foreign Military Sales
• A Secret Security Clearance is a plus; willingness to apply for security clearance is a must.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the military vehicle field.
• Experience working with FMS Executing Agencies, Embassies, and International Military Officials
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills w/ability to articulate objectives, develop strategies, and communicate them effectively across the organization.
• Keen knowledge of the engineering and manufacture of military vehicles is highly desired.
• Ability to speak Arabic
