Job Description:
The State Director will be responsible for overseeing and delivering the expansion of Liondra into New York. The successful candidate will, at all times act in the best interest of the company and report directly to the Managing Director in Melbourne Australia.
In return will be offered a significant remuneration package.

Job Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity you will come from a Senior Facilities portfolio, Contracts Management or Co-operative Management background. You will have previous experience dealing with Clients at a Senior/ Management level (service requirements & contracts negotiations), contract tendering or bid management, staff management, account & contract management, business development, experience dealing with Facilities Management/ Service providing organizations and have a sound knowledge in building/ constructions and specialised property reporting.
You will have excellent communication skills, be computer proficient, be a lateral thinker and be able to look at areas for the company to grow.
