Job Description:
Plan, direct and coordinate the company’s administrative services, including recordkeeping, mail distribution, bookkeeping, invoicing, and other office support services. Prepare and review office reports including bookkeeping, A/R and A/P. Set goals for accuracy and efficiency and set office schedules. Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural changes to improve the flow of Kobe beef imports from an administrative standpoint. Plan, administer and control budget for contracts, equipment and supplies. Hire, fire and train clerical and administrative personnel. Oversee the general maintenance of the office and office services.


Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field plus 2 years experience in job offered or as Office Manager, Operations Manager or similar.
