Responsibilities

Develop new business and maintain existing business through continual sales and networking in top 3 industries: Event, Construction and Light Industrial.
Develop business by recruiting key temporary employees
Manage bottom line profit and loss for branch.
Ability to managed entire branch and sales department.
Leads and contact information provided to start but must then be responsible for generating own leads.
Outside sales in the outlying regions of Greater Phoenix area geographically with a focus on warehouses, light industrial and new developments.
Develop relationships with key decision makers on outsourced staffing solutions.
Must be a motivated, self starter and have the ability to report on business development.

Education

College Degree in related Sales, Events and Entertainment.
Min of 5 years experience.
Proven track record a plus! Book of business important.

Competitive Package

Salary plus commissions, 50K - 75K, depending on experience, client base.
Full Health, Dental and 401K Plan offered to recipient after 90 day probationary period.
Flexibility to work from office or home.
