Headway Corporate Resources is currently looking for Retail Sales Staff who is motivated by sales and has an outgoing personality!!!

The positions available are a Retail Manager and Sales Associates:

Retail Manager
The Retail Manager motivates and assists the staff in meeting and exceeding sales objectives and company initiatives. The Manager will provide excellent customer service, aid the consultants with service and sales, and build the customer base for our Retail channel. The Retail Manager is responsible for all aspects of store operations including, but not limited to, inventory management and loss prevention, sales quotas, schedules, training employees, cash management. The Retail Manager will create an environment where the staff can work and win as a team and expand the Company's culture to the Retail Channel. Supervises a staff of 3 sales associates.
Required Skills
2 - 3 yrs minimum Sales Experience
1 yr Minimum Mgmt Experience
Ability to lead / motivate a team
Payroll / Hiring Experience
Knowledgeable about Industry Issues (shrink, Loss prevention, merchandising)
Must be able to pass comprehensive background screening
Salary
$10/hr plus commission (up to an additional $347 monthly)

Sales Associate
The Sales Associate Provides great customer service and is knowledgeable of the product being sold.
Required Skills
1 year of retail sales experience
Must be 18 years or older
Salary
$8.00 per hour plus commission
