Position Description:
* resolve and handle service calls and
* work with projects, maintenance, installations and upgrades of retail computers
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
* Associates degree or equivalent experience,
* willingness to respond to a service call within one hour,
* must be at least 20 years of age and have a valid driver's license,
* must have and be able to maintain an excellent driving record,
* able to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended periods of time,
* basic electronic troubleshooting skills,
* good verbal and written communication skills,
* good organizational, time-management, problem-solving and analytical skills,
* able to work independently and as part of a team,
* able to be flexible and handle a high volume of work accurately and meet deadlines,
* able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* four years experience with Publix organization, infrastructure, and culture,
* certifications in the field of electronics or Computer Science: Cisco Certification, A Certification, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, HP Certification, or Lexmark Certification
* software experience including but not limited to Windows, Windows XP and MicroSoft OfficePro
