Senior Client Technology Architect/Engineer
We're looking for a Senior Client Technology Architect/Desktop Engineer to plan and implement infrastructure technology solutions at a leading local healthcare provider. Qualified candidates will have at least five years of client technology engineering experience supporting Windows, Citrix and AD environments and experience in project management, deploying large OS migrations. As a Senior Client Technology Architect/Desktop Engineer, you will be responsible for the identification of new technology, developing strategies to improve functionality, evaluating technology options, creating designs, testing/validating effectiveness of designs, project managing large migrations, and providing 3rd level support as necessary.
This position will partner with Architects, Systems Engineers and Security Engineers to plan and implement complex, technical solutions and architecture. The Client Technology Architect also identifies and implements client-oriented standards, manages the standard client images, and implements tools for improving overall efficiency of the Client Technology Team.
Job Requirements:
* 5+ years of client technology engineering experience related to supporting a Windows desktop, laptop, Citrix, Active Directory environment
* Experience in project management, deploying and supporting large scale O/S migrations and introducing new technology based on business needs and industry standards is highly desired.
