Job Description:
Mechanical Contract Administrator
HBE Design Build Inc., recognized as the national leader in the design and construction of Medical Facilities, is looking to add an experienced Mechanical Contract Administrator to their team in their St. Louis corporate office.
Typical Duties Include:
- Extensive travel from field location to field location to coordinate between all trades.
- Review construction documents for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical constructibility issues.
- Facilitate communications between construction, office, and owner.
This is a Nationwide Search. Relocation Assistance is Available for the Mechanical Contract Administrator. Range is $80-100K+, Depending on experience, education, number of years of experience.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office applications, CADD knowledge
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, pneumatic and some digital controls experience,Plumbing experience, Medical Gases, on Health care projects.
- BSME or Bachelor's with an emphasis in Mechanical with at least 5 years of field related experience is mandatory.
