Job Description: Title: Sr. Oracle CRM Application Specialist Location: CO Compensation: D.O.E. Position: We are looking for a talented CRM Application Specialist ito be responsible for the following: - Functional Analyst for Oracle 11i CRM Module (Service Requests, Service Contracts, Install Base, Spares, Depot Repair, iSupport, iStore, Incentive Compensation, Sales Online, Foundation, Customer Pillar) - Provide Level 2 customer support for Oracle 11i CRM Module in a global implementation environment - Lead and manage projects - Create, maintain and analyze reports and interfaces (i.e., Oracle Discoverer); perform data analysis and trend identification - Manage quality assurance testing for application patches, fixes, etc. - Participate in business process reviews - Assist the Technology and Transition Managers in planning, tracking, and implementing into Oracle 11i the clients new business acquisitions - Perform data mapping - Plan and implement software version upgrades - Coordinate testing with clients - Manage problem resolution and track process using Kintana and Metalink Qualifications: BS/BA in Business, MIS, Computer Science or related experience required - 3-7+ yrs experience in technology; with at least 3 yrs exp in service(call center, warehousing, sales), and 2+ yrs exp with service software packages - Demonstrate expertise in the Oracle 11i CRM Module - Experience providing concept, application and technical support for the Oracle 11i CRM Module - Experience with Compuware regression tools, Kintana, Optio and Mobius Software or similar products a plus - Proficiency with computer hardware, software, operating systems, LANs intra/internet connectivity are all desirable - Experience in writing PL/SQL, XML - Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles and systems is a plus - Prior service experience preferred; preferably in the call center, warehousing and service contract aspect of CRM operation & management - Excellent communication (verbal/written) and problem solving skills - Exceptional client service and follow-up skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
