Job Description:
Will Setup, Operate and Edit the offsets on CNC Horizontal and Vertical Milling Machines. The machines that will be operated are Mori Seiki that have multiple axises, Fanuc Controls and are programmed in G and M coding. Will mantain and keep area clean to 5S standards. Measure parts and check quality with measuring instruments like but not limited to air gun, bench center, calipers, comparators, depth micrometers, dial indicators, gage block set, heigh gage, ID micrometer and various hand tools.
Job Requirements:
*Must have a High School Diploma or GED
*Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background screening
*Must have at least 5 years CNC milling experience
*Must have at least 3 years experience with 4 or more axis machining
*Must be able to Stand for long periods of time and be able to climb into machine when needed.
*Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
*Must be able to hold atleast .0004 tolerance.
