Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the day-to-day operations and development of Connect In conjunction with the Connect team, manage the quality assurance process and testing of new applications developed by outside consultants. Lead the compilation of outside user policies and fees. Using web analytics, identify, recommend and oversee necessary content improvements to the site. Assist in the development and implement standards for web publishers. Serve as liaison to senior management to identify new content offerings for Connect. Manage communication with the site\'s Advisory Group and resulting action items. Ensure regular communication is made with end users. Travel: Promotion, Training and Conference Representation Coordinate annual conferences and station visits for the purpose of marketing services and assessing the needs for future electronic communications. Conduct demos and otherwise support and represent Connect at internal, regional and industry meetings and conferences, and at individual stations. Produce teleconferences & prepare presentation graphics. Partner with Research to develop user surveys; report and analyze their results.
