Responsibilities: Manage Publications team to meet deadline, quality and budget requirements Monitor performance and manage quality deliverables, in cooperation with the Managing Editor, Product Management, Creative Services and our Editorial Team Ensure efficient use of project budget and staff to maximize efficiency and quality for the learner or consumer Develop a long-term recruitment and professional development plan Provide individual performance reviews Nurture this team\'s nascent role in user experience design Work closely with the Managing Editor to support the company\'s product road map Minimum Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in English or another language, technical fields, journalism, or related field Management or leadership experience in a related field (project management, translation, writing, journalism, teaching, creative arts, technology, design)
